Arlington Pedestrian Suffers Injuries When Struck by Vehicle

by Monty Yolles on February 18, 2013

Another pedestrian-vehicle accident occurred recently in Arlington, Virginia.  A 30-year-old man was struck by a vehicle during the evening hours in the 400 block of Carlin Springs Road in Arlington. He was taken to the Inova Fairfax Trauma Center.

The driver of the vehicle was then transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

It is always an unhappy occasion when a pedestrian is struck due to the negligence of another person, and our hearts go out to the family of the pedestrian.

If you or someone you know has suffered injuries in a motor vehicle accident due to the careless actions of another, you may be entitled to monetary compensation. Consult with an experienced personal injury lawyer to explain your options and help you determine your next steps.
